VERTICAL BANDSAWS: Our vertical bandsaws can cut Open Cell and Closed Cell foams.

OPEN CELL SAWS: Our open cell saws can cut full bun stock open cell material with maximum dimensions of – 48”x82”x108”.

CLOSED CELL SAWS: Our closed cell saws can cut Extruded and Cast closed cell foams up to 9Lbs. per cubic foot in density and have a maximum cutting area of 24”x72”x112”.

HORIZONTAL BANDSAWS: Horizontal Bandsaws for open cell and closed cell foams, aka Slitters and Skivers, are in use at ADaM Solutions.

OPEN CELL SLITTER : Our slitter can cut low ILD (firmness) foam down to ¼” thickness from blocks as thick as 36” (48”x96”). Higher ILD (firmer) foams can be slit down to ½” thickness from blocks as thick as 36” (30”x80”).

CLOSED CELL SKIVER: Our skiver can cut closed cell foams up to 6Lbs. per cubic foot in density to thicknesses down to ¼” from blocks as large as 7”x54”x120”.

VERTICAL ANGLE SAW: Our angle saw can cut angles 0-degrees to 45-degrees and has a blade to table height of 24” (36”x96”).

CONVOULTING SAW: This horizontal bandsaw has specialty rollers that create a convoluted (“egg carton”) foam pattern. For specifications on this highly specialized saw please contact ADaM Solutions directly.

ADaM Solutions has a 75 Ton die press with 5.75” of cutting stroke and a bed that is 30”x50”.

ADaM Solutions has several CNCs capable of cutting with high frequency reciprocating knives as well as routing/milling capabilities.

ADaM Solutions has laser cutting capability with a cutting area of 30”x48”. Cutting with a laser is highly technical in nature, please contact ADaM Solutions for details and with your project.

ADaM Solutions utilizes sonic welders as our preferred method of bonding plastic corrugated as well as nylon products.

ADaM Soluitons has a 22x42 former capable of forming thin gauge foams and thermoplastics.
